Broadway On The Side programs require advance planning, staffing, licensing, materials, and production commitments based on enrollment. Please review the following refund policies carefully prior to registration.

If Broadway On The Side (BOTS) elects to cancel a program for any reason, a full refund of program tuition will be issued.

Refunds will also be provided:

  • if government regulations or guidelines prevent BOTS from holding the program;

  • if BOTS is unable or elects not to open a program at its discretion; or

  • if BOTS changes the dates of a program prior to the first day and the participant is unable to attend the revised schedule.

If program dates are changed prior to the first day of the program, families will be notified in writing and provided the opportunity to withdraw without penalty.

Tuition will not be refunded for:

  • missed rehearsals or camp days;

  • schedule conflicts;

  • voluntary withdrawal;

  • dismissal due to behavior or safety concerns;

  • failure to participate; or

  • dissatisfaction with casting decisions.

In the event of a medical emergency or significant family hardship, refund or credit requests may be reviewed at the discretion of Broadway On The Side.

SUMMER CAMP REFUND POLICY

Due to the condensed nature of summer camp productions and the advance planning required, refunds are limited.

  • Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, are available through May 27.

  • 50% refunds, less a $50 processing fee, are available May 28–June 10.

  • Beginning June 11, tuition is non-refundable.

Discounted or promotional tuition rates, including Early Bird pricing, are not eligible for refund calculation and may be forfeited upon withdrawal.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to BOTSjr@broadwayontheside.org.

AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM REFUND POLICY

Due to production planning, staffing, licensing, costumes, and materials, tuition payments are generally non-refundable once a semester has begun.

Refund requests submitted 14 days or more prior to the start of the program may be eligible for a refund less:

  • a $50 processing fee;

  • any non-recoverable expenses; and

  • the value of any promotional or discounted tuition rates applied at registration.

Requests submitted fewer than 14 days prior to the start of the program may be eligible only for partial refund consideration at the discretion of Broadway On The Side.
